Refund and Returns Policy

Posh Angels Luxury Kids Salon

At Posh Angels Luxury Kids Salon, we take pride in providing high-quality products for our customers. For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products may have specific return conditions

Please review our policy below before requesting a return or exchange.

1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return if the following conditions are met:

  1. The return request is made within 7–14 days of receiving the order.  
  2. The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.  
  3. All labels, seals, and packaging are intact.  
  4. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Due to hygiene considerations, some items cannot be returned once opened or used.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  1. Opened or used hair or beauty products  
  2. Hair units, wigs, or hair extensions that have been worn, altered, or installed  
  3. Products without original packaging  
  4. Customized or personalized items

These restrictions help maintain hygiene and ensure the safety of all customers.

3. Exchanges

We may offer an exchange instead of a refund in the following cases:

  1.  The product arrived damaged  
  2. The wrong item was delivered  
  3. The product has a manufacturing defect

If approved, the item will be replaced with the same product or a suitable alternative.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.  
  2. Provide clear photos of the product and packaging.  
  3. Our team will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

If approved, the item will be replaced with the same product or a suitable alternative.

5. Return Process

To request a return:

  1. Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return.  
  2. Wait for return approval and instructions.  
  3. Carefully package the item and ship it back within the instructed timeframe.

Please note that unauthorized returns may not be accepted

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  1. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.  
  2. Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.  
  3. Shipping costs may not be refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

7. Consumer Protection

This policy operates in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Customers are entitled to return defective products within six months of purchase if the product fails to meet acceptable quality standards.
